Overview
At Helwa Chicken, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products. You are entitled to replace or return a product and receive a refund if the product does not meet expected standards of cleanliness and quality. If a product does not meet these standards, it can be replaced immediately at no additional cost while the delivery representative is still present.
This policy respects all legal and contractual guarantees and conditions with the customer.
Exceptions to Returns and Replacements:
- Products cannot be returned or replaced if the nature, properties, or packaging prevents them from being restored to their original condition at the time of purchase.
- Perishable items that spoil quickly cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products that are not in the same condition as at the time of purchase due to actions by the customer cannot be returned.
- Custom-made products, prepared to the customer’s specific requirements, are not eligible for return or replacement.
Refunds for Online Payments:
For purchases made through online payment, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after approval. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that some banks may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
